Little glossary for photonics researchers

In order to tap into the potential of AI for health, we need to address challenges such as data confidentiality and data access. Synthetic data and generative models could aid the research community in addressing these challenges while advancing the use of AI in healthcare.

My job in Sweden is a part of the Eye for AI program, an exclusive 18 months program created by AI Sweden together with AstraZeneca, Sahlgrenska University Hospital and Zenseact, with the support of Women in AI. In this program I have the opportunity to work on concrete applied data and AI problems in three different application areas.

Artificial intelligence is really a very interesting topic that evokes a lot of emotions. This is due to the fact that the development of new technologies involves many opportunities and threats. Let’s try to answer basic question - is artificial intelligence a threat or a chance for development?
